Cheryl's Kitchen Potato Boat Anderson #2

First time visiting today and I definitely wasn't disappointed. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, service was great. Food is made to order and came out hot and delicious.

We have heard so many good things about this Cheryl’s Place. First things first customer service was top tier. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door and then the excitement when we said this was our first time. Everything was explained. And we felt so comfortable. When we ate our food it was good! We loved it! We got the Shrimp, broccoli, bacon and cheese potato and the little bits chicken tenders and fries! Which the chicken tenders were so big and the fries were a good amount I didn’t even need half of my potato because it was big enough for my husband and I to share! New favorite restaurant in Anderson.

Finally made my first trip to Anderson to try one of these potatoes. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with the food. After seeing all the positive reviews I wanted to try the brisket potatoe, unfortunately it was later in the day and they were out of brisket. My 2nd choice was not a dissapointment at all. I had the pulled pork potatoe. The pork was cooked to perfection, sorted very well, not one bit of fat and the sauce was absolutely perfect. Definitely going to be THE spot for me in my future bike rides to Anderson. Very nice people also!! Thank You Cheryl's Kitchen Potatoe Boat for a delicious and memorable late lunch!!

Cheryl’s Kitchen is hands-down one of my favorite comfort food spots- absolutely delicious. Every dish is incredible, and the flavors are consistently on point. It’s the kind of place you try once and instantly know you’ll be coming back to again and again. Cheryl is not only an incredible cook, but also one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. She made my first visit feel so special, and somehow she’s managed to bring that same top-tier experience every single time since. If you haven’t tried CK yet- do yourself a favor and go!

We had an amazing lunch there today. Cheryl and her husband are wonderful people. They have a great atmosphere. They work very hard and the food is delicious. Thanks for what you do.. Highly recommend me and my mother split a potato and still had leftovers. My husband said it was the perfect amount for him.

I came in to try a baked potato and ordered the All Veggies Potato Boat with brisket, while my girlfriend ordered the Bishop Burger Potato Boat. The potatoes were absolutely delicious seasoned to perfection—and the portion sizes were well worth the price. The service was amazing; it felt like we were at a family gathering. We’ll definitely be back!

Never in my life have I "felt" a place so welcoming. First time there the other day and im not big on potatoes but I decided to give it a try and I was not let down! From the moment i stepped in it was very pleasant. I felt like i walked into my families house. The small conversation not just a hey whatcha need but a small welcoming conversation made my day. I got the BBQ pulled chicken potato boat with onions. Im in love.

If you are a true foodie, then you need to check out Cheryl's kitchen!! I ordered the Bishop Burger Potato Boat. When they brought it out, I could not believe my eyes!! Took one bite and was in potato heaven!! Absolutely delicious!!! I have never had anything like it. They have so many different items on the menu and sweet potatoes as well. Everyone raves about their homemade lemonade, which I will definitely try next time!! Cheryl and Mr. Cheryl ( her husband, lol) came out personally to check on us. My friend and I had the best time hearing their story and how their restaurant went from a dream to reality. They are truly authentic and passionate about what they do!! The atmosphere is great, family friendly, and an awesome playlist!! Plenty of space to sit, board games to keep you entertained without screen time, very clean and the customer service is superb and personal!! If you haven't been, I encourage you to check them out!! You won't regret it!!!
